江偉賢博士（Dr. KONG Wairyin, Nelson）擁有澳洲臨床心理學家［澳大利亞衞生從業員管理局（AHPRA）及新西蘭臨床心理學家執業資格［新西蘭心理學家委員會（NZPB）］，並持有香港臨床心理學博士協會的專業註冊資格。

江博士曾受賽馬會創新社福力量 JC InnoPower 所邀到哈佛大學甘酒迪學院接受適應型領導（Adaptive Leadership, AL）專業培訓。他與陸家耀博士在臨床心理學領域攜手，率先將適應型領導架構結合臨床心理學理論應用於本地親職教育課程及臨床督導實務，以回應日益複雜的親職及治療需求。
