Vocational Rehabilitation Service (VRS) provides people recovering from mental illness with a series of employment training to build up their confidence and help them re-enter the labour market. Services include “New Jade Manufacturing Centre” providing suitable working environment and training, “Richmond Customer Service” Supported Employment providing regular training programmes such as courier service, cleaning service, and job interviewing skills, “Sunnyway – On the Job Training Programme for Young People with Disabilities” providing those aged between 15 and 29 with supported employment training like information technology, interpersonal relationship and communications. “Richmond Welbiz Limited”, our social enterprise has become a contractor providing office cleaning, as well as car cleaning service to both government and business sectors. Meanwhile, corporate souvenirs and gift market have also been developed, offering more job opportunities for service users in order to enhance their quality of life and promote social inclusion.
