Clinical Psychologist [Ref. Code: CP]

Key Responsibilities

•  Provide individual and group psychological treatment for individuals in recovery and other service users.

•  Deliver psychology-related training and workshops to staff and the general public.

•  Serve as a psychological consultant to frontline staff in a multidisciplinary setting.

•  Conduct psychological and risk assessments.

•  Collaborate with peers and supervisors to develop and implement clinical goals, programmes, and agency’s policy.

•  Conduct research relevant to clinical practice, including evaluating outcomes of intervention programmes and          developing/validating assessment tools.

•  Provide emergency support to staff and the public upon critical incidents.

•  Engage in multidisciplinary cooperation to develop new clinical programmes.

•  Liaise with local and overseas experts to facilitate professional exchanges and collaboration.

•  Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

Requirements

•  A recognised Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification.

•  Passionate and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•  Relevant work experience is preferred.

•  Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
