Main Duties: 

• Manage all aspect of IT support services including laptops running Windows 10/11 and Mac OS. 
• Troubleshoot on hardware and software problems in a prompt and helpful attitude. 
• Manage and monitor the condition of Fortinet Firewalls, Synology NAS and Microsoft 365 email system.  
• Liaise with vendors on purchasing hardware, software and assistance in the resolution of issues and queries. 
• Assist in development and implementation of new information systems. 
• Perform any ad hoc duties as required. 
• Report to IT Manager.  

Requirements:   

• Diploma holder or above in IT related disciplines. 
• 3-4 years experiences in IT Support role with good networking knowledge 
• Experience of network administration and troubleshooting (LANs, WANs, VPN, TCP/IP, Switches and Routers, Firewall, Access Points) 
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized 
• Able to work in a team with good communication skills.
