  •                -    Responsible for a full spectrum of HR & office administration functions
  •                -    To monitor and execute the management in manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefit scheme
  •                      policy, organization development, employee relations, performance management, training & development,
  •                      HRIS & E-Leave system implementation, etc.
  •                -    Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or any related disciplines
  •                -    Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in HRM/ Administration, supervising experience
  •                -    Well-verse of labour ordinance and related regulations in Hong Kong
  •                -    Prior exposure to the NGO field will be preferred
  •                -    Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  •                -    Proficiency in MS Office applications
