  •  Job Responsibilities:
  •               -     Assist in day-to-day human resources operations including but not limited to C&B administration
  • -     Support HR team to perform duties such as Employment Contract, Taxation, Leave handling & HR administration
  • -     Perform data entry and document filing for  HR confidential documents
  • -     Prepare staff induction use materials
  • -     Ensure all Human Resources activities such as promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, resignations and 
  •        terminations are appropriately executed
  • -     Responsible for input staff data and maintain the Flex HR system with updated information
  •               -     Any other duties assigned               
  • Job Requirement: 
  •               -     University degree preferably in Human Resources / Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
  • -     At least 2 years related experience in HR duties
  • -     Prior exposure to the NGO field will be preferred
  • -     Logical, detail-minded and good numerical sense
  • -     Good organization, communications and interpersonal skills
  • -     Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • -     Able to work under pressure and react with change
  • -     Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • -     Immediate availability is definitely an advantage
